I know we talked earlier in the year about reviving Feminist Effusion, news and views about and by women in the 21st century, but we didn’t get around to really producing it. Since WMW is now a three hour show (although this is still tentative) Abby and I are going to go for it.
Our first Fem Eff 2.0 is a broadcast from the Women’s International News Gathering Service (aka WINGS). Back in the day, WINGS was a drop in show recorded on cassette tape. Now its downloadable and we are pleased to bring it back. WINGS has been recording consistently since 1986, over 25 years of women’s news from around the world.
